Use Dogtor to organize pet information and prepare for travel. Keep your account credentials secure and only upload records you are authorized to use or share. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Dogtor is not a veterinary service, government authority or guarantee of permission to travel. Confirm medical advice with a licensed veterinarian and entry requirements with the relevant authority before departure.

Privacy Policy

Dogtor processes the account and profile details you provide, pet identities, health records, uploaded documents and travel plans to provide its services. Records shared with a veterinarian become accessible to that veterinarian. Anyone who receives a public passport verification link or QR code can view the information on that page; share it only with intended recipients. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal information. Contact support for questions about your data or to request access, correction or deletion.

Cookie Policy & Device Storage

Dogtor uses browser storage to keep your sign-in token and theme preference on your device. Passport and verification features can cache pet records for offline access. Signing out removes the sign-in token but may not remove cached records; clear this site's browser data when using a shared device. Your browser controls site storage and notification permissions. Third-party services opened from Dogtor may use their own cookies and storage under their own policies.

Data Protection

Only share records you have permission to disclose. Review veterinarian access and be careful when distributing public verification links. To ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your information, email support from your account email address. Include the type of request, not passwords or medical attachments. Applicable rights depend on your location; contact us about how your request can be handled. This notice does not claim certification or compliance with a particular legal regime.
